Luxury Ranch Retreat on Kenny Rogers’ Former Private Estate

What a wonderful place to stay. The property is beautiful and lingers in your soul after just like the music of Kenny Rogers. The house has a great vibe and layout. The open kitchen makes everyone want to hang out. The bedrooms were all stellar. Lounging in the pool is the perfect activity, but there's also tennis/pickleball courts, a putting green, frisbee golf, and lots and lots of animals wandering around that become part of your family after you give them a scoop of corn. It's only a quick 25min ride to downtown Nashville. We had no problem getting Ubers to and from the ranch the whole weekend. I highly recommend this property for whatever fun adult weekend you may be throwing or its definitely fun for the whole family too.

We were looking for a place that we could visit with family, that was quiet and away from the tourist areas of Nashville, but within easy driving to restaurants or attractions if we wanted to leave. We wanted a peaceful setting with lots of room and a pool. This was the perfect place. Check-in and check-out was easy. Plenty of room to take long walks on the property, swim, play golf and interact with the goats, pigs and dogs on the property. We will especially miss Lucy the dog who joined us on our walks everyday. We would visit Copperline Ranch again!

Such a wonderful stay! The place is amazing. We enjoyed pickle ball and the putting green. The pool and grounds are beautiful. The home was clean, comfortable, with a great kitchen. We enjoyed the grand piano and the guitars. Really enjoyed the guitar wall. William was a fantastic host. Favorite part was the new friends, the goats, pig and dogs! Highly recommend and looking forward to returning!

Copperline Ranch is a perfect place for families! It is close enough to do all that Nashville has to offer yet felt like we were far away in the country when we on property. The pool, diving board, pigs, goats, and Lucy the dog were my kids favorite things! The host Will and his team (Chris and Erin) were very generous and thoughtful our entire stay. There was a crib already set up in the master bedroom for us when we arrived. The host bought (and inflated) new pool toys and floats that my kids had a blast using. The house was spotlessly clean! The kids have already asked when can we go back again!

Home was in a very secluded location for peaceful evenings. Kids loved the pool and the local animals on the property! The pickle ball court was also a hit. The house had just been renovated and was nicely laid out and decorated. .

Trust me on this one. There’s more to this place than what most people would want. I’m still kicking myself for only booking one night. It wasn’t nearly enough to appreciate it all. Secluded in a private, gated location, this spot is surrounded by natural beauty and vibrant wildlife that feels like stepping into a. And the cherry on top? A stunning grand piano and guitars ready for you to play, turning your stay into a personal concert. Where else can you find such a unique, blend of luxury, nature, and creativity?

We arrived and were immediately met and shown around the property. We were a little apprehensive our dog would get along with the ranch's dogs, goats and ducks but the energy was great from the moment our dog, Strider, got out of our car. Lucy, Froggie and Doodie became quick friends. Chris and Emily were extremely nice, helpful and responsive. Always there to answer a question or to help get us whatever we needed. We had six guests, plus our dog, and the property was perfect for us. We traveled into downtown Nashville several times during our visit (10-15 minutes) and were amazed at how peaceful and calming it was to return to the house after all the excitement Nashville has to offer. We will absolutely return again.

Just to start... felt welcomed, relaxed, and completely immersed in the beauty and charm of the property. The attention to detail, the peacefulness of the surroundings, and hospitality made this one of the most memorable getaways I’ve ever had. The house is stunning—spacious, beautifully maintained, and filled with character. One of the most amazing things was the hall of guitars. It's a hallway lined with 20 gorgeous guitars and it feels like you're walking through a museum and is so perfect for the Nashville experience. Not to mention, there's a guitar that you can play in every room! The animals brought so much joy to the experience. Millie and Billie, the goats were full of personality and always up for a visit. Rosie and Wilbur, the two adorable pigs, completely stole my heart. And one morning, I watched a group of wild turkeys and a few deer wander through the pasture... it felt like a scene from a movie! Every part of the ranch felt alive, peaceful and Nashville. 5 stars! Pilar

5 stars! This is an amazing house on a beautiful property surrounded by nature with modern landscaping and touches. The property has some great animals, including goats, a pig, ducks, and even peacocks! The hosts truly make the experience memorable, and are accommodating, kind, thoughtful, and generous. The WiFi was perfect throughout my stay and I had no issues with video meetings throughout the day. The property is a peaceful retreat from busy Nashville, but close enough to enjoy dinner and a concert in town. There are great activities nearby, such as visiting the Hermitage, the Cumberland River, Percy Priest lake, horse back riding, and going to great restaurants, including an authentic, old school steak house. I will be recommending this property to all my family and friends! Thank you for an amazing stay!
